Aerobic Classes

Water exercise is good for your whole body.  Using almost all of your major muscle groups, water fitness will tone muscle, build strength, improve posture, burn calories, increase flexibility, and develop cardiovascular health.  Plus, exercise in water lowers your risk of injury.  No matter what your age or physical ability, the pool is a great place to perform your fitness routine.  Just remember to consult a doctor before you start anything new!

Features of these classes:

  • Classes are 45 minutes in length.
  • You NEED NOT know how to swim to participate!
  • Per class cost is $5 without a Seasonal or Annual pass, or $3 with a pass.
  • Aerobic Punch Cards can be used for any combination of aerobic classes.  These passes are $35 for 10 classes, and do not expire.  Scholarships are available through the Phillips Area Aquatic Foundation by contacting the Aquatic Director.
