Reunion?  Celebration?  Memorable meeting?  Make your next event something to remember by hosting it at the Phillips Community Pool.

Pool rentals include:  a private party, certified Lifeguards, an additional pool-side space set with tables, and staff willing to help with your program needs.

Best of all, it's reasonably priced!  Cost to rent the pool is just $40/hour, plus the cost of lifeguards. Groups will be charged for 15 minutes before/15 minutes after the rental time to allow staff to open and close the pool.

Rentals will be based on pool availability.

"Fish Bowl" Reservations

To hold an event during open swim hours but also reserve the "Fish Bowl" area, we have the following guidelines:

* A $40 total fee is required upfront

* Of this amount:

   $20 is a non-refundable facility use fee

   $20 is a refundable cleaning and compliance fee

The party date will not be reserved until the $40 payment is recieved and the agreement is signed at the pool office.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advnace to recieve a refund of the $40 payment.  Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the full payment.

The $20 refundable deposity will be returned after the party if all rules are followed and the Fish Bowl area is left clean.

You MUST confirm your party date with our Aquatic Director to ensure its availability.
