Water exercise is good for your whole body. Using almost all of your major muscle groups, water fitness will tone muscle, build strength, improve posture, burn calories, increase flexibility, and develop cardiovascular health. Plus, exercise in water lowers your risk of injury. No matter what your age or physical ability, the pool is a great place to perform your fitness routine. Just remember to consult a doctor before you start anything new!
