Aqua Jogging: Use the natural resistance of the water to tone muscle as you burn calories. Aqua jogging is done in the deep end of the pool, or in the diving well.
Open Swim: Fitness CAN be play! The Pool is open regularly for Open Swim - so bring the whole family!
Lap Swim: Six lap lanes are strictly dedicated to lap swimming in the early morning. When Open Swim is posted, we will always have at least one lap lane available.
Par Course: Compete against yourself or a friend on the Par Course. Choose your intensity level (or Par), then follow the instructions around the deck of the Pool. This course incorporates elements of aqua jogging, aerobics, and lap swimming.
25, 100, or Aqua Jog Mile Clubs: It's the Ironman of Fitness Challenges! Track your progress as you swim or jog the equivalent of 352 laps (or 100 miles). Once you reach your goal, you will receive an original t-shirt only available to Club Members. Plus, don't just stop at 100 miles! Recognition will be divvied out at all of your 100-mile benchmarks. Those under the age of 18 may participate in the 25 Mile Club.
