Sponsored by the Phillips Area Chamber of Commerce, our facility offers this free family event to help beat the freezing outside temperatures. Children can participate in games and activities for a chance to win a free pineapple or swim around with our live mermaids. Our facility is also fully decorated in a hawaiian theme.
The Phillips Community Pool is once again participating in "The World's Largest Swimming Lesson", an international event that encourages swimming facilities around the world to offer the same 30-minute swimming lesson on the same day to help bring awareness to water safety and drowning prevention.
Swimming lessons save lives! Help bring awareness to water safety and be a part of a global movement by participating in a FREE group lesson taught by certified American Red Cross swimming
instructors. Lesson material is universal so anyone can participate! Various other fun and educational activities will follow the lesson.
The lesson starts at 5:00 pm, with registration open at 4:00 pm. Please arrive early if you are not pre-registered.
To register early, please contact the Aquatic Director at 715-339-2143 or hlarson@phillips.k12.wi.us. For more information on the movement, please visit: https://www.wlsl.org/wlsl

Witness our entire facility transform into a spooky pirate cove! Kids can swim and take pictures with live mermaids, walk "the plank", or take a tour of the lagoon on our pirate ship. Halloween
games and activities will be offered throughout, complete with candy prizes and a pumpkin drawing at the end of the evening.
While Halloween-themed, this event is very mild and welcomes all ages!
